Technical Support Schedule

One of the benefits of attending a StenoCAT Users Network convention for 2 or 3 days is the opportunity to receive 30 minutes of FREE one-on-one technical support from Gigatron. Please indicate on your registration form your 3 choices of time slots in order of preference (1st, 2nd, & 3rd). Specify day (Thursday, Friday or Saturday) and time from the list below. Assignment is based on a first-come, first-served basis. The assignments will be noted on your badge and posted at the convention registration desk.

The time choices are:
8:00AM-8:30AM
8:45AM-9:15AM
9:30AM-10:00AM
10:15AM-10:45AM
11:00AM-11:30AM
1:30PM-2:00PM
2:15PM-2:45PM
3:00PM-3:30PM
3:45PM-4:15PM
4:30PM-5:00PM
5:15PM-5:45PM (Not Friday)
6:00PM-6:30PM (Not Friday)
